The U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) San Diego Citizens Forum board will host an in-person and virtual public meeting on:
Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 6-8 p.m. PDT
- USIBWC Senior Leadership and representatives from PCL Construction and Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. will provide an update on the acceleration of the incremental expansion of the South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant from 25 to 35 million gallons per day.
